Trouble sleeping, changes in appetite, or low energy

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a safe, supportive, and collaborative space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and the messages your body may be sending.
Together, we work to understand the patterns that shape your experiences, uncover what they are trying to communicate, and develop strategies for navigating life’s challenges. Individual therapy supports you in building emotional awareness, fostering self-compassion, and creating meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you, with curiosity and care.
Couples & Family Therapy
Couples and family therapy provides a safe and supportive space for partners and families to explore patterns of communication, disconnection, and the emotional needs that shape your relationship.
Together, we work to deepen understanding, build empathy, and develop tools to navigate conflict with care. In therapy, partners and families learn to slow down, listen differently, and rebuild safety and connection—one conversation at a time, with curiosity, compassion, and intention.
Child & Adolescent Therapy (4+)
Play therapy provides a safe and supportive space where children can use toys, stories, and creativity to express feelings that may be difficult to put into words. Through play, children communicate, explore emotions, and practice coping skills in a way that feels natural and engaging.
Therapy supports children in building emotional awareness, self-regulation, and resilience, while fostering a stronger sense of self—all through connection, curiosity, and guided support.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) & Somatic Therapy
EMDR and somatic approaches provide a safe and supportive space to work with memories, experiences, and present-day triggers that may feel distressing or unresolved.
Through guided techniques, including bilateral stimulation and body-based strategies, therapy helps your nervous system process and integrate these experiences in an adaptive way. This work supports emotional regulation, reduces the intensity of difficult memories, and creates space for calm, clarity, and a greater sense of safety and well-being.
