EMDR and Somatic approaches help to process trauma and distressing life experiences, while supporting emotional regulation and restoring balance. This integrative approach supports healing and symptom reduction through body and mind connection.

During your first session you will be invited to explore your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals and your personal history to create a collaborative plan to address the areas in which you feel you need support. It’s a safe, supportive space to get started.

The standard rates are $155.00 - $170.00 per individual session, and $175.00 per couples/family session.

The consultation is an opportunity to ask questions, get a sense of a therapist’s approach, and determine whether the fit feels right before committing to therapy.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. Payment is processed at the end of your session.

No, services are HST exempt.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Many insurance plans cover services from registered Social Workers and/or registered Psychotherapists. Look for coverage under mental health or counselling benefits. We provide receipts for reimbursement. Clients can submit for reimbursement from their insurance company directly.

Your privacy is a priority. All sessions and records are confidential, following professional and legal guidelines. Exceptions apply only if there is intent of harm to yourself or others, concerns about child welfare arise, or as required by law.
